Hello, I am Alicia and this is a little bit about me. I have spent that last 20+ years in healthcare and high tech, and what I have learned is change needs to happen in order to propel yourself or your company to the next level. Change can be painful. The recipe for success is simple, "keep your mind on the business and your heart with the people.
Leading and coaching through this lens has helped me influence and coach leaders and individuals through change across the globe. One-to-one coaching is tailored to the needs of the individual whether you are a Manager, Coach or Consultant. It is a catalyst for enhanced performance of the individuals and/or the teams they lead. My purpose is to help others become the best versions of themselves. This is why I have created a platform to bring professional and personal development straight to the community, that is affordable. Then give that money right back to the community. All proceeds are donated to non-profits such Veterans of Foreign Wars and addiction recovery services. Together we are stronger. I believe change comes through action and this is my action towards a stronger community.
